No, I do not. After the shooting, traffic on Houston and Elm came to a standstill. I do not find it at all suspicious that the occupant(s) of that car would realize they weren't going to be able to get out any time soon.
Of course it is. You have leapt to a conclusion without considering other mundane explanations.
It is a fact a car was there. You've offered nothing that connects it to the assassination. That is all assumption on your part.
You have a very strange concept of what constitutes proof. Assumptions are not proof and all you ever offer are your assumptions.
I have no idea what the DPD was thinking at any given time but there is no evidence they connected the car to the assassination. Your "discoveries" are not the least bit significant if all you can offer are your assumptions.

"AFTER the shooting, traffic on Houston and Elm came to a Standstill" ?

You have absolutely NO IDEA what you are talking about. Traffic was flowing down Elm St UNDER 9 minutes after the kill shot. That car could have left Dealey Plaza that quickly. Instead, it sat there for 3+ Hrs.

Suppose after the kill shot, DPD ACTIVELY PREVENTED this car from leaving the, "NO PARKING At Any Time" Zone alongside the Island? Would you consider that DPD act was, "evidence they connected the car to the assassination"?

I have no problem with answering questions that You might have. All you gotta do is ask. You are currently making statements that are without a doubt Egregiously WRONG!

You have absolutely NO IDEA what you are talking about.

This phrase should be Royell Storing's middle name. Surely it's fitting for someone who makes up a "getaway car" and has absolutely zero evidence that connects it to the JFK assassination. Active imagination you have!

OK. Tell us what evidence you have that the car in question was a getaway car. Hint: Your assumptions are not evidence.

It is SOP for you to treat every unexplained fact as evidence of a conspiracy. You ignore any and all alternate explanations even though there are numerous alternatives that are much more believable than the one you assume to be true.

   (1) The CAR was NOT FILMED parked alongside the Island by Wiegman!

   (2) The CAR was MOVING down the Elm St Extension as the Kill Shot was being fired!

   (3) The CAR PARKED almost directly across from the "Wide Open" HUGE GATES!

   (4) The CAR PARKED in a clearly posted, "NO PARKING At Any Time" Zone!

   (5) The CAR was inside this, "NO PARKING At Any Time" Zone, for 3+ Hrs!

   (6) The CAR was NOT ISSUED a Ticket by DPD!

   (7) The CAR was rendered IMMOBILE by DPD!

   (8) The CAR was SECURED by a Shotgun carrying DPD Officer!

I continue researching this intended "getaway" CAR. In addition to the NEW EVIDENCE cited above, I found yet another NEW piece of evidence connected to this "getaway" CAR only a few days ago. I am currently fleshing that out. To this day, this intended "getaway" CAR and the Elm St Extension have been completely IGNORED by the JFK Assassination Research Community. 62+ years after the fact, my discovery of the "Wide Open" HUGE GATES proves there has been a continuous "Dereliction of Duty". This intended "getaway" CAR and the Elm St Extension remain "virgin territory" with respect to the JFK Assassination.

None of the above is evidence of anything except your overly active imagination. People parking in No Parking zones is a rather common occurrence. Sometimes they get ticketed and sometimes they don't. Don't you think after the shots were fired, the cops had something a wee bit more important than writing a parking ticket. I'll take your word for it that the cops rendered the car immobile even though you have offered no such evidence. Even if true, it just indicates the cops were understandably not wanting anybody to leave the scene until they figured out what was going on. They would have no idea whether the car had anything to do with the shooting and until they did, they would naturally not anyone leaving in it. Apparently, they figured out that the car had nothing to do with the shooting and eventually let the driver leave with the car.

The more that You post, the more you reveal how little you know about the layout of Dealey Plaza. YOU, are a perfect example of why the Elm St Extension and this CAR to this day, remain JFK Assassination Research virgin ground.
The Elm St Extension was the ONLY WAY for a car to Enter-and-Exit the railroad yard. The same goes for entry-and-exit of the parking lot behind the picket fence. Are You claiming for 3+ Hrs following the Kill Shot, DPD did NOT Permit cars to Exit from back inside this area?
And, NEVER forget that the FBI PHYSICALLY TOOK possession of ALL the DPD Evidence late that night.

Royell, I see that your age on your profile is "N/A." The only person with your name I can find via Google is 72 years old. Is this POSSIBLE? I'd had assumed from your posts that you were more like 22. All the ranting and railing you do at the supposedly "old fart old guard" of JFKA researchers seems rather comical if you're actually 72.
