yeah, she really got to the bottom of it all, just like Ralphie Sink.

JFK has been dead now for almost 63 years and the conspiracy mob just won't let him R.I.P.
If he could speak for himself, he'd probably say, "Hey, dummies. Oswald did this to me. All by himself. Now let it go."

" Now let it go" ?
Then why does NBC to-this-day refuse to release their Original Darnell and Wiegman JFK Assassination Films? They ain't letting it go! Why ? The answer is obvious.

It is standard practice for CTs to treat every unanswered question as an invitation to assume the answer supports the conspiracy narrative and then tell us the answer is obvious. Since they have no actual evidence of a conspiracy, it's all they can do.
-
Like all the government committees before they are failing to get to the best of it...

You are dodging the question. 62+ years after the assassination and the ORIGINAL Darnell and Wiegman Films remain under lock-n-key. Why?
-
because you can’t handle the truth

Nobody cares.
-
Because the Sixth Floor Museum owns the rights + unless we form a bogus enterprise to license the films, we can't watch them.
-
I literally explained why most corporations ignore film requests in another thread but nobody listens to me, no, it's not a conspiracy to hide evidence. for the love of JFK.
-

".........owns the rights" ?
What specifically does that mean?
-
they own the films and will only give them to, say, documentary directors or people in the industry wanting to license the film.
-
they own the films and will only give them to, say, documentary directors or people in the industry wanting to license the film.
The Sixth Floor does NOT OWN the Original Darnell Film or the Original Wiegman Film.
-
This is missing the point...
The 6th Floor Museum has Professor Jones' 1st generation film copy that is, as far as we know, the best existing copy of Darnell...
It is such a good copy that it shows Sarah Stanton's dress neckline on Prayer Man...
When you point this out The Education Forum switches the subject and starts making a false case against you on why you shouldn't be allowed to post...
-
they own the films and will only give them to, say, documentary directors or people in the industry wanting to license the film.
BUMP - The above is about the ORIGINAL Darnell Film and ORIGINAL Wiegman Film.

We can already work with the copies we have.
-
This subject is always accompanied by persons who think they can come in and divert around the fact the 6th Floor Museum copy possesses enough data to prove Prayer Man is Stanton...

This kind of extreme rhetoric, reflecting an extreme bias, is one reason that most people just don't buy the lone-gunman theory. Here you have a respected member of Congress, a conservative Republican and a military veteran no less, Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, who has concluded that JFK was killed by a conspiracy. Rep. Luna chairs the House Oversight Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets. The committee has been holding hearings on records related to the JFK assassination. After chairing many hours of hearings on the subject, Rep. Luna has concluded that a conspiracy killed President Kennedy.
But all you and other WC apologists can do is dismiss her and her committee's hearings as a "conspiracy circus."
Is it any wonder that 2/3 to 3/4 of the Western world doesn't agree with you and believes that Kennedy was murdered by a conspiracy?
It is worth noting that Rep. Luna served in the U.S. Air Force from 2009 to 2014 as an airfield management specialist and received the Air Force Achievement Medal, and that she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the University of West Florida.
Do you guys ever, ever stop to ask yourselves why highly educated people from all across the political spectrum disagree with the lone-gunman scenario and believe JFK was killed by a conspiracy?
You would help your cause greatly if you would stop pushing the discrediting, juvenile pretension that only people with "warped minds" and/or with little education reject the WC's lone-gunman fantasy.

Few of them know even a modicum of the evidence in the case. The ones that do and still think Oswald wasn't the assassin are just silly people.

There are lots of highly educated people across the political spectrum who are very gullible.
You would help your cause greatly if you would stop pushing the discrediting, juvenile pretension that only people with "warped minds" and/or with little education reject the WC's lone-gunman fantasy.
A warped mind isn't necessary to believe nonsense. A lot of very smart people believe some really stupid things. Neil deGrasse Tyson refuses to admit thar men are athletically superior to woman.

Michael Griffith thinks that because 2/3s of people believe in something that means what they believe is true. Or is somehow in some way relevant to what actually happened, to our understanding of what occurred. Do they know anything about the event? It doesn't matter; their view on what took place is somehow relevant regardless of whether they know a single thing about that event. That doesn't make a lick of sense except in conspiracy world.
Even worse, he thinks this non-existent poll of Western opinion seemingly means he gets a blank check for whatever conspiracy fantasy pops into his head. As in: he says Babushka Lady was June Cobb who, he says, was a CIA agent. And that it's "possible" she shot JFK with a gun camera. That's absurd but 2/3s of the people believe there was a conspiracy so, using Griffith's thinking, we need to seriously consider it. After all, you're ignoring what many people think.
Side bar: After ~60 years of this, after all of these investigations, I would have thought that the influence of JFK conspiracy propaganda would have gone away, that reason eventually would emerge. Boy, that was a dumb thought.

I would have been glad to escort Wanda Daniel to the Luna Hearing and have her tell of her grand mother Sarah Stanton meeting Oswald on the staircase landing outside of the 2nd Floor Lunch Room and hearing Oswald say he wasn't going down to the Front Steps to watch the motorcade but was going back in to the "Break Room" (2nd Floor Lunch Room) to eat his lunch instead...

I would wager that a large chunk of that 2/3 learned most if not all they know about the JFKA from watching Oliver Stone's movie.
I don't know when the most recent poll was taken but the last one I am aware of showed belief in conspiracy was down to 61% with the undecideds in the low single digits.

Whether or not she was a CIA agent, June Viola Cobb probably wasn't in Dealey Plaza on 22 November 1963.
It's interesting to note, however, that her Office of Security file is one of several that probable KGB mole Bruce Solie (James Angleton's confidant, mentor, and mole-hunting superior in the Office of Security who "cleared" false-defector-in-place-in-Geneva-in-June-1962, Yuri "The KGB Had Nothing to Do with LHO in the USSR" Nosenko, via a bogus polygraph exam and a specious report in October 1968) hid from the HSCA in 1978.

ME: Was June Viola Cobb a CIA agent?
Perplexity AI: Yes—June (Viola June) Cobb was a CIA asset/contract agent, though the terminology matters. Declassified CIA material indicates that the Agency sought to recruit her in 1960 while she was employed by Castro’s government in Cuba; one document says she was “not used as an Agent” in the particular operation summarized there, but that refers to that limited early effort rather than her full later relationship.
What the record shows
Cobb worked in revolutionary Cuba as a translator and public-relations employee with access to figures around Fidel Castro. The CIA saw that position as potentially valuable and recruited her to collect information on the Castro government. Later declassified records and historical reporting identify her as a paid CIA operative, including under the cryptonym AMUPAS-1, during her Cuba-related work, and later in Mexico.
The apparent contradiction comes from reading one CIA file too broadly:
The CIA historical-review document says that, in the specific 1960 episode it describes, officials hoped to recruit Cobb “in place,” conducted surveillance and a polygraph, and states: “Although Subject was not used as an Agent,” she remained of operational interest for debriefing until roughly 1968.
Other declassified-document reporting says that she subsequently entered a formal operational relationship with the CIA, receiving compensation to penetrate and report on the Castro regime.
Best formulation
For historical writing, the most defensible phrasing would be:
June Cobb was a CIA-recruited and paid contract agent/asset who provided intelligence reporting on Cuba and later operated in the Mexico City milieu; she was not necessarily a CIA staff officer.
That distinction avoids two common errors:
Calling her merely an “informant,” which can understate the operational relationship documented in the record.
Calling her a CIA “employee” or career officer, which can imply a staff position not established by the available evidence.
Why it matters
Cobb later became relevant to JFK-assassination research because she reported information concerning alleged witnesses and Lee Harvey Oswald’s Mexico City visit. Her CIA relationship therefore bears directly on how researchers assess her accounts: she was not simply a politically engaged private witness, but someone whose reporting, access, motivations, and handling should be evaluated in the context of an intelligence relationship.
The short answer, then, is yes—but “CIA contract agent/asset” is more precise than the broad popular term “CIA agent.”
ME: I didn't ask if she was a staff officer.
Perplexity AI: You’re right. The direct answer is: yes, June Viola Cobb was a CIA agent.
The CIA’s own historical-review file uses the term “Agent” in discussing her prospective recruitment and handling, and the broader declassified record identifies her as a CIA operational asset who reported on Cuba and related matters. The qualification I added about staff status was unnecessary to your question.
