This is a very good/clear Wiegman still frame. It shows us: (1) What is behind Fedora Man, (2) What is behind the ladies standing on the edge of the Island, and, (3) What is behind the ladies standing in the street. And what do we see? We see the surface of the street. Why do we see the surface of the street? Because there is no car parked alongside the Island. Not yet!

Dear Royell,

That "island" is a lot wider than you want to believe.

Regardless, you've never answered my question:

What kind of strange-looking car IS that on the other side of Elm Street Extension?

Sorry. These graphics might help. The graphic of the tree is an anaglyph, 3D if you can find a pair of the Red/Cyan glasses. Cheap on Amazon  :)

As you can see above, the Island is Not that deep. Officer Baker cleared it in only 2-3 strides. And the area behind Fedora Man, looks exactly like the area behind the ladies standing on the street. What we are seeing in both cases is the unoccupied surface of the street. There is No Car parked alongside the Island. Not Yet!

Dear Comrade Storing,

I "get it" that your MYSTO "ABANDONED" GETAWAY CAR was parked a little bit behind the "Signal Light Pole" / "No Parking Pole" in Hughes and Martin clips. I'm just saying that from the perspective of the Couch-Darnell and Wiegman films, the front of the very same car is visible to us to the right of the "Signal Light Pole" / "No Parking Pole," and that the reason we can't see it in the latter is because the gaggle of spectators is hiding it from view.

(If it's the same car that's in the National Geographic video, it's a 1958 Pontiac)

Question: Do you think the way James spliced together two half-second-apart Wiegman frames in his Couch-Darnell / Wiegman overlap montage was devious or misleading?

Ya gotta scroll down to it:

                                                                **  GETAWAY" CAR UPDATE   **

I have just discovered 2 seconds of film footage showing what I believe was an intended "getaway" car parked directly across from the TSBD. This car measures 17.5 Feet Long, and stands close to 5 Feet Tall. It is a massive automobile. This New footage of the car, is the closest images of the car that I have seen. The closeness of these new images includes the license plate, though the letters/numbers remain obscure. That said, I am hoping that the State and Year of the' license plate being issued can be discerned. A possible out of state plate would be an immediate Red Flag, though the license plates of Texas and Illinois (Chicago connection), during this time period were extremely similar. There is also the possibility of a stolen license plate being attached to this car.
I can tell you that this new footage clearly shows NO TICKET being tucked under the windshield wipers of this car. Had the car been parked alongside the Island before Dealey Plaza was blocked off from thru traffic, it most likely would have been ticketed for being parked inside a clearly posted, "NO PARKING At Any Time" Zone. This car Not being ticketed is further evidence of it being parked alongside the Island AFTER shots were fired at the JFK. This remains a very active investigation.

Of course it would. What reason would somebody from out of state have to visit downtown Dallas?

The plot thickens.

This laughable, nonsensical, surrealistically absurd thread has 325 replies and 68,346 views. How is this possible??? Maybe I'll just kill myself.

Some of You are doing a "Baghdad Bob" with respect to this New Evidence of a "getaway" car. If you believe I am wrong, just show me where that car is on the Wiegman Film. It flat-out is Not there. And the kicker is that the DPD were all over this car. They did suspect that this car parked in a clearly posted, "NO PARKING At Any Time" zone was involved in the JFK Assassination.

If you really think you've found some game changing evidence of a conspiracy, why are you wasting your time posting it here for a few dozen people to read. Why don't you take what you've discovered to the networks, the cable news channels, and the major newspapers. Surely at least one of them will be interested in such a revelation. You could go down in history as the guy who solved the JFKA.
