Oswald was offered legal representation but refused, claiming he wanted a New York lawyer named John Apt.

Oswald apparently answered a lot of general questions and only got angry and stopped talking when the questions became more pointed regarding the events of the day. Tell us why an 'innocent' Oswald should not address those questions.

If you are ever arrested for something, and are truly innocent, I suggest you answer all questions put to you.
