Can somebody match this photo to the Z-film

I'm not very good at syncing photos and films so maybe somebody can help me out. I posted this picture in the thread arguing that Dr. Baden refuted the SBT:

I'm fairly certain that is the TSBD in the background which means it was taken seconds before the shooting started. One thing that caught my eye is the position of JFK's right hand. Harold Norman testified that he thought JFK was either brushing his hair or saluting the crowd just before he heard the first shot and that seems to fit with what we see from JFK in this photo. What really got me curious is the position of JBC's left hand which seems to be waving to the people on the north side of Elm St. I've tried to match this to a Zapruder frame but I can't make out any Z-frame in which it appears Connally has raised his left hand. This leads me to believe the photo might have been taken just before Zapruder resumed filming which would prevent it from being matched to a frame. I'm wondering if someone has enhanced frames from the Z-film from Z133 onward that would show JBC with his left hand raised. I think this is an important photo because of how close in time it seems to be to the start of the shooting.
