Determining a Timestamp for Darnell

"Wiegman" is definitely lying on the steps, there's a clear shadow under him and in the following GIF, he has not moved forward in relation to the sign.



And at the end he's in the process of getting up!

   JOHN - Thanks for the above Bell Film posting. It clearly shows Wiegman: (1) moving to the (W), (2) stumbling/falling, (3) bouncing off of a knee, (4) arms extended directly in front of him as he instinctively braces for a possible full fall forward, and, (5) has his feet on the Knoll grass.

    I don't know what caused the Wiegman stumble/fall. Wiegman is looking back over his (L) shoulder as he ran forward, so he could have stepped into a chuckhole in the grass, or a rock on the ground, etc. When Wiegman did his piece with Gary Mack on, "Unsolved History JFK, Death in Dealey Plaza" (2003), he specifically mentioned feeling the "compression" of a bullet on his face. I thought he was referring to a point in time immediately before he ran across/down the Knoll. But, we are talking about only seconds between his feeling the "compression" on his face and this Bell Film snippet showing him stumbling/falling. Wiegman detailing this "compression" on his face was recorded 40 yrs after the JFK assassination. This is the only time that I am aware of that Wiegman mentioned this bullet "compression".

    Yeah, it's tough for some to admit they bought into a JFK Urban Legend. But, as the definition of the JFK assassination images improves, this is going to become more common. So you need to get used to it. This explains why NBC has Never released the Original Darnell and Wiegman Films. And, why we have been waiting for the Sixth Floor Museum to release the last half of the early generation copy of the Darnell Film. Should the Sixth Floor Museum release that last half of the Darnell Film, we are gonna clearly see a Bogus DPD Motorcycle Cop strolling across the train yard and toward the TSBD.
