Determining a Timestamp for Darnell

The man is Weigman and, as you say, he is sprawled across the steps from where he filmed the Hesters. He is just about to get up and race down the knoll to film the Newman's.

The problem is Royell.
I am trying to synchronise various films and photographs to get as good an estimate as possible for how long after the headshot the Darnell footage begins.
Royell has constantly tried to derail these attempts and one of his tactics is to make up nonsense off the top of his head that I then have to prove wrong.
Royell believes that the figure in question is not sprawling across the steps, as is obvious to anyone with half a brain, but that he is running across the knoll towards Zapruder. It is utterly bizarre but he just keeps on insisting this is the case even though the man is not moving and is clearly sprawled across the steps.

    You simply do Not understand the layout of the Knoll, and Wiegman being filmed by Couch. At what point do you believe that Wiegman moves (W)? Wiegman has to move (W) from his position on the Bell Film, in order to then run Down the knoll and arrive near the Newman family. Wiegman is filmed running DOWN the knoll on the Couch Film.

Where can i get a good quality Couch film? my copy is poor and i can't discern ANYTHING Royell mentioned there.

Wiegman has to move (W) from his position on the Bell Film, in order to then run Down the knoll and arrive near the Newman family. Wiegman is filmed running DOWN the knoll on the Couch Film.

I have to assume you mean the moment that Weigman is seen in the distance running down the knoll towards the Newmans. I have already posted extensively about this is this thread.


The Weigman film shows him racing from his car to where the Hesters are. He sprawls across the steps and we see the top of the concrete walkway as he films them. When he is finished he gets up and races down to where the Newmans are. He is running around recording as much as he can.
In the Bell film we see Weigman sprawled across the steps. He has finished filming and is in the process of getting up when the film cuts. Immediately after this he races down the knoll towards the Newmans which is caught by both Couch and Darnell.

I have already demonstrated all of this in previous posts.
Unfortunately, having to deal with your lunacy has pretty much derailed the thread.

Search "YOU TUBE"  for:    "Couch film in Breaking The News and Unsolved History"    by - Denis Morissette (:50) 

This is a very good Couch Film copy. It includes the footage that Couch shot when he made his 2nd run down Elm St only minutes after his 1st run.

It includes good footage of Officer Haygood straightening his motorcycle up at the Elm St curb and the 2 bicycles that we glimpse on the Elm St sidewalk between the Ft Worth sign and the Triple Underpass.

   Look at the layout of the knoll. There is NO WAY that Wiegman can just get up and IMMEDIATELY run down the knoll and arrive alongside the Newman Family. Where we see Wiegman on the Bell Film, and the location of the Newman family, ARE NOT IN LINE. The Newman Family are close to directly below the Zapruder Perch.
