If not now, when?
Considering historical precedent for exhuming the remains of a former US President,
and the examination of those remains comprising this precedent being much more
vague and broader in scope than the long standing, specific public interest in just
two small areas of a wrist and a thigh of the late John Connolly, how is this inquiry unreasonable
compared to precedent?
