It is only important to someone who doesn't know how to weigh evidence. It's a real nothing burger.
Billy Lovelady testified that he heard Oswald in the east elevator as he was breaking for lunch but did not actually see him. When asked if he saw Oswald after that his one word answer was "No". He wouldn't have seen Oswald leave building because after the shooting, Gloria Calvary told him and Bill Shelley that the President had been shot and he and Shelley then headed down the Elm. St. extension toward the railroad tracks. It's amazing how you could dream up your BS story from that.
Besides hand-waving and not answering the point, you only strengthen my point above...
The matter of Jarman saying that Lovelady told him he saw Oswald leave through the front door occurred at the time of HSCA and is on record...Denying it is silly...
If Lovelady said he did not see Oswald after he heard him in the elevator only strengthens my point and leaves you with less of an excuse for not answering why then, having evidence of perjury in their hands in the investigation of a presidential assassination, they did not follow-through with Lovelady and ask him why he held that back during the 1963 investigation?...You would think they would be interested in finding out why Lovelady said he did not see Oswald again and then telling Jarman he saw Oswald leave through the front door...
The Education Forum was designed to be a Kennedy Assassination "Debate" board that was specifically designed to discuss and expose this kind of hot evidence issue...Yet when I ask why the board makes sure that this kind of important evidence is kept off the board and intentionally avoided I get no answer and the people who don't answer make it their business to destroy its source and shut down the evidence issue...
Just who or what exactly is in charge of The Education Forum and what is their agenda?...It certainly isn't solving the case...Maybe we can ask "The Moderation Team"?...That forum is more pre-disposed to suppressing the best evidence rather than debating it...As to the matter of reforming the forum and improving its flaws - "Thread closed to further replies"...
