His head is turn that far to the right. His torso is not and that is what matters. There is no way a bullet exiting JFK's throat at Z193 is going to go to the left of JBC's torso. It is impossible.
I would be interested in knowing why you think you can determine that without working it out or using an accurate model.  We can see that JBC’s shoulders are turned well past the perpendicular to Zapruder because we see the left side of his collar.

The reason JBC is turned so far to his right in Z-193 is not to look at Mary Woodward and her three clapping-and-cheering journalism colleagues (as JFK is doing), but because he recognized Oswald's first, missing-everything, shot 3.77 seconds earlier, and, after turning his head quickly to his left (starting in Z-150) to see if Nellie was okay, started turning back to his right in Z-165 to see if JFK was okay.
Ah,yes. The old “I can read minds from film” technique!
