How does it tie in with your grandiose HUGE GATES conspiracy theory?

The "wide open" HUGE GATES is one of several clues. I amass clues in the hope of ultimately discovering a "linchpin". I believe I have just discovered that linchpin. A JFK Assassination researcher is currently examining this linchpin. It's New. Brand New. --------------- STAY TUNED ----------------

My "power outage" point with respect to the Hertz Clock atop the TSBD does fall within the title of this thread. The Walthers timeline is extremely important whether you realize it or not. And please remember to pick up your penalty flag.

So lay out when you think the power was off and on based on the known movements of individuals after the assassination.  For example, did it go out as the motorcade approached per one interpretation of GH's testimony?  Was it back on a few minutes later when Baker and Truly went up the elevators?  Was it still on when Mooney took his trip from the 1st to 2nd floor but then went out again?  Do tell.

Like I said, how about we deal with the FACTS? How about finding out if the Clock atop the TSBD ran on DC Current for starters? This is not the "politics" thread. Let's accumulate FACTS.

I already set forth the facts.  There are numerous sources to confirm that the power was on in the building in the immediate aftermath of the assassination.

Fact:  the clock is functioning moments after the assassination per the photograph that clearly shows it displaying 12:30 as the motorcade passes under the overpass.
Fact:  the freight elevator is functioning when Baker and Truly take it minutes after the assassination.
Fact:  the lights are on in the TSBD moments after the assassination per the interior film footage.
Fact:  the freight elevator is functioning when Mooney takes it from the 1st to 2nd floor several minutes after the assassination.
Fact:  the freight elevator that Mooney was on did not operate like a normal elevator.  It would not work unless he knew how to operate it.  His testimony does not disprove that he did not know who to operate it because he would not know what he did not know.

Now spin us a yarn and explain how and why the power was being turned on and off in a way that aligns with these facts.  If you are just claiming the alleged power outage was random and had nothing to do with a conspiracy, then who cares?

I never claimed the power was "turned" off for whatever reason. That's ALL You.  I only ask if the TSBD Clock is posting the correct time AFTER the power outage. I ask a very simple question and I get palace intrigue instead.

The Sixth Floor Musuem, which owns the remnants of the Hertz sign, doesn't know how it was powered but assumes it was wired into the building's electrical supply: https://www.jfk.org/collections-archive/hertz-sign/.

At the time, the TSBD Hertz sign was one of only three such signs in existence.

Signs of that sort during that era typically did not have backup power.

Obviously, the clock would have to reset or be reset somehow after a power outage.

Whatever you think the significance of this issue is - I see none, but whatever - you will never have a definitive answer.
