You need to read or re-read Mooney's WC Testimony. You're making assumptions. Deal with the facts. That is usually your M.O.

No assumptions.   GH's testimony about the phone/iights relates to the moment of the assassination.  We know Baker and Truly took the elevator up in the immediate aftermath of the assassination before Mooney took his elevator ride.  So the power must have been on at that point.   Thus any alleged power outage per GH must have been of very brief duration if it is back on when Baker and Truly arrive at the elevator within a couple of minutes.  In your bizarre scenario, the power would have been off at the moment of the assassination, back on when Baker and Truly ride the elevator a couple of minutes later, still on when Mooney takes his elevator ride from the first to the second floor even later, but then gets turned off again just as he reaches the 2nd floor.  There is no conceivable reason for any conspirator to be turning the power off and on in the building for a few moments in the aftermath of the assassination.  What would be the purpose?  How would they be doing this?

I never said the power went out "at the moment of the assassination". My concern is if the clock atop the TSBD might have been inaccurate due to the power outage. Time stamping is very important and some time stamping such as Walthers there at the (S) curb/manhole cover is based on that clock atop the TSBD being in the background of a Walthers photo(s). There doesn't need to be a "purpose" for this power outage. Accidental or Intentional, I am concerned with the posted time on that clock AFTER the DPD Officer Mooney WC documented power outage.

Ugh.  This entire thread is about whether GH's testimony was meant to convey that the phone/power went out at just about the moment of the assassination.  Are you confirming that you agree that the power wasn't out at that moment?  The clock is clearly functional in photos taken in the seconds just after the assassination.  In addition, my recollection is that CTers have argued the Hertz clock was battery powered to rebut the notion that it would have been out at the time if as GH indicated the power was off at that moment.

My "power outage" point with respect to the Hertz Clock atop the TSBD does fall within the title of this thread. The Walthers timeline is extremely important whether you realize it or not. And please remember to pick up your penalty flag.

The "wide open" HUGE GATES is one of several clues. I amass clues in the hope of ultimately discovering a "linchpin". I believe I have just discovered that linchpin. A JFK Assassination researcher is currently examining this linchpin. It's New. Brand New. --------------- STAY TUNED ----------------

So lay out when you think the power was off and on based on the known movements of individuals after the assassination.  For example, did it go out as the motorcade approached per one interpretation of GH's testimony?  Was it back on a few minutes later when Baker and Truly went up the elevators?  Was it still on when Mooney took his trip from the 1st to 2nd floor but then went out again?  Do tell.
