The Groden's got back to me by email. they are extremely Nice and helpful but a donation is not possible. Which I understand of course. Plus my Library can't get the book by inter-library loan so basically I'm SOL. Thank you everyone for the replies

I bought my copy from Groden himself on the grassy knoll on a November 22. He signed it for me. Groden says his ex stole several unpublished photos that we will probably never see. The McIntire photo that he published in that book was from the original at the Dallas Central Library. After his visit, the photo has been reported as lost... It vanished in thin air...

Congratulations, Gary! I hope it was worth the effort! Let us know. Every time I think about selling something on eBay, I end up giving it to Goodwill because the effort is too much for me. Ditto with garage sales.
