Charles Hester's testimony...

Charles Hester, who is seen in Zapruder's pre-motorcade film, sitting with his wife, who is on a park bench in Dealey Plaza, says the following in his testimony:
"My wife, Beatrice, and I were sitting on the grass on the slope on Elm Street where the park is located. When President Kennedy's car got almost down to the underpass, I heard two shots ring out."
Does Willis #5 contradict Hester's testimony? It looks like he was sitting on the park bench, which had been moved from the Pergola...
If he had been on trial, it seems he would have perjured himself...
Here's Willis #5... The arrow shows Hester sitting on the bench, not the grass, only seconds before the fatal shot.
