Is a National Archives copy available to acquire?

If you move to 7:09 into this documentary, this is the NA copy of the film.  I'm not sure whether or not the public can acquire a personal copy or not.  I'd like to have a copy for myself, but have never checked into it.

A small number of researchers were provided a limited number of the LARGE Zapruder frames.
these were provided by Craig Lamson.
As i understand it, the frames originally came from Josiah Thompson via Roland Zavada. ?
2nd generation frames.
