Hilarious.

The affividavit doesn't confirm he identified Oswald.... and he wasn't part of the line up witnesses and/or your gang of 15..... er 11

"Ground Zero".  LOL.
_Yep. You got that right

But you didn't!

But you didn't!
_Wait, what... are you claiming Tippit wasn't shot near his car? On Patton? LOL!

_Take a close look at the 4 Golden dots in the above listing and get a clue that they represent the ones who complete the Gang of 15. (Use your finger if you have to and find that 11 names plus 4 representative dots total 15.

And an affidavit isn't "testimony".

So much fail.

Four people who didn't identify anyone?  That's useful.  You might as well include the rest of the population of metro Dallas at the time and call it "gang of 1.6 million".

He saw the same guy fumbling the gun as did the guys who ID’d Oswald

So much #FAIL on your part
> Oswald ID from Russell not needed: It only takes one witness to convict
> Murder weapon not needed to convict: Weapons are easy to get rid of
> Shells not needed to convict. See above.
> Fingerprints not needed to convict. See above.

_Thanks, but I think I'll leave that for the 'anybody-but-Oswald' crowd

You don't know who he saw. You don't get to count a guy who didn't identify anybody as an Oswald witness.

Not with an unfair and biased lineup and testimony from an "utter screwball" who said she didn't recognize anybody in the lineup.

You seem to be under the impression that a witness claim is sufficient to convict.  Your law skills are even worse than your art skills.
