Not sure what is funny about 15 million people dying.  Fauci was a career bureaucrat.  An egotistical nobody who desperately wanted his 15 minutes of fame.  He didn't need to be "recruited."  They used him and his incompetence to dupe Trump and inflict the maximum amount of pain on the American public.  Fauci's incompetence and desire to be someone famous played right into their hands.
