 The serious crime here was HOW those Top Secret Documents were attained. Slow Joe was VP when they came into his possession. A VP does Not have the authority to classify/declassify, possess Classified documents. Somebody basically stole those documents. They were probably used to put someone in a compromising position/leverage them. What did he have? Something like 6 different AKA's? Total dirt bag that even used his own drugged out son as a "bag man". The way the entire Biden family treated Hunter's Daughter by stripper was disgraceful. But they don't care. Never have. And any "group" that would run the USA from behind a "Weekend At Bernie's" cadaver would also fix an election. Without question.

In fact, Special Counsel Robert Hur (a Republican!!!), whom you quoted above, said in so many words that Trump had not only refused to return the documents he had taken, but had "obstructed justice" in his attempt to keep them.
