This is simple. There is no credible evidence of a conspiracy in the JFK and RFK assassinations. Thus, no conspiracy. It's the evidence that governs the conclusion.

Then the Commission put another horse in there to push the other two horses...to add to their struggle, the HSCA added an additional horse to the side of the cart and so on

In the RFK case I am also skeptical of the L. A. police who didn't protect him.
