BS:

Criminal Donald claimed he would end illegal immigration. He had 4 years. Why didn't he?

Criminal Donald said the virus was a "hoax" and you believed it.

The biggest carriers of the virus are white maskless right wing Republicans that spread it all throughout the United States.

Criminal Donald had 10 months to get COVID-19 under control and he refused to do anything about it. Right wingers refused to wear masks and social distance to reduce the transmission of the virus. That's why schools and most other large gathering facilities are still closed because of GOP failure and neglect. Since President Biden has been on the job, COVID-19 is decreasing and schools and businesses are slowly opening again. Major League ballparks and theme parks will be opening again starting in April. If Criminal Donald was still in office, everything still would be closed and COVID19 would be worse.

COVID relief is essential to millions of Americans to get this economy going again. Not one Republican voted to help Americans. The "Trump economy" is a disaster with millions of people out of work standing in miles long bread lines to get scraps of food to eat. Trump has the worst job loss record since the Great Depression and the Biden economy will be stronger than it was when he and Obama created the greatest economy on record. Democratic blue states did a fantastic job of battling COVID-19 with hardly any help from the corrupt Trump administration and right wingers refusing to obey the stay at home orders. Red states are a disaster, they mismanaged the pandemic, and we see it getting worse everyday.

Well, that's why Criminal Donald was defeated in a blowout. His dementia and poor health was deteriorating each week to where he was slurring his words during his insane "speeches". He drinks water like a small child using two hands and can barely walk down a ramp always looking confused and disoriented. That lunatic should have been removed from office 4 years ago.

Former White House strategist Steve Bannon thought Donald Trump was suffering from early-stage dementia and campaigned covertly to remove him from office via the 25th amendment

Trump was/is an embarrassment - these four years of him were a nightmare - but these incessant and repeated Rick Plant posts are example of the hysteria of the left in America.

We have two illiberal movements in the US: the Trumpian right and this reactionary left. Both are made up of misguided people who are angry at everyone and filled with paranoia. You cannot disagree with either side without being accused of some sort of apostasy. They are like religious sects that you can't reason with.

This is Duncan's site and he makes the calls. But if would be better in my opinion for the tone of this site - it's the "JFK Assassination Forum" not the "Trump is a Monster Forum" - if Mr. Plant took his politics to a political site. A few posts are fine; but every day it's the same over-the-top posts. Again, this is Duncan's call not mine but that's my suggestion.

And yes, it would be better if Richard Smith cooled things too.

I not a leftist. I think California’s State Income Tax is way too high. But that is what Californian’s want. I think that, someday, they will realize they are in error and make an adjustment. In the meantime, California’s economy will suffer. But Great Britain shows that a Democracy can make a big mistake, too much government spending in the 1940’s through 1970’s, and still recover.

As far as Plant’s “hysteria” is concerned, well I got a little “hysterical” over Trump’s statements and actions, climaxed by the assault on the Capitol, which we could see coming for weeks, or at least something like that was coming. I’ve just managed to calm down over it in the last few weeks.

I think the “Trump issues” have some relevance to the “JFK Assassination”. For years, some CTers, not all, but a good many, have argued that the JFK Assassination was done to subvert Democracy. To steer the country into the Vietnam War. And some argue that this secret Deep State controls the country to this very day, with threats to whoever happens to be President.

Dictators love these types of arguments. The best way to attack Democracy is not to say it’s no good. “Your better off if we control things rather than the people controlling themselves”. Its to make an indirect attack. To argue “Oh, you think you have a Democracy? Don’t you realize that there is a Secret Deep State that is really controlling things. How naïve can you get?”. Pushing a Large-Secret-Enduring Conspiracy is their best option.

I think the two biggest arguments against the existence of Democracy in America today are:
1.   Trump’s argument that the election was stolen from him.
2.   There was a conspiracy of the U. S. Government, or at least parts of it, to assassinate JFK and get control of the country.

If anyone can name anything as big or bigger, let’s hear it.

Duncan’s forum is not just about solving a cold murder case. It is about something bigger. Does Democracy exist in American today or not? Moscow would love it if we conclude it does not. Get people to believe that and they are half way home.

So, Duncan is wise not to suppress this. The members of the forum have a right to address whatever issue they thing is important. Plant makes a lot of posts. And others make a lot of posts on this subject. Because many members of this forum think that this subject is important. And it does have some relevance to the JFK Assassination since both the Trump case and the JFK Assassination Conspiracy case attack and diminish the people’s faith in Democracy.

The solution is not for Duncan to decide what we should talk about but let the members decide. Anyone can decide to post, or not to post, on this thread or any other.

And banning Dr. Seuss is somehow Biden’s fault? Yes, he hasn’t done much about it. But he has bigger Eggs and Ham to fry. Sometimes you have to pick your battles.

In any case, the sales of Dr. Seuss’s books have shot up and so the American people have rallied to the support the Doctor who believed that people and eggs of all colors have value.

First of all Mr. Gailbraith, this is the most viewed and most popular thread in the forum. Right wing posters have been trying to get this thread deleted ever since Mr. May started it. You appear to be another one. That's pure censorship and you are calling for cancel culture.

Second, you've never even participated in this thread until you made a couple of posts recently. This thread has been here since last July and you're just complaining about it now? You made up false accusations against me claiming I said things which I never said about the media.

Third, there is no "hysteria of the left". Only the facts are being reported, which you don't like. And because you don't like it, you're publicly trying to pressure Duncan to remove this thread.

Fourth, this is just one thread. This thread is not the entire forum.

Fifth, don't tell me where I can post.

We can look at the other threads in the forum being filled with nothing but insults, constant arguing, and "over the top posts". Why don't those threads offend you?

If you don't care for the content in this thread, then don't visit it.

There are many conspiracies within the JFK case and they all tie in with the Qanon nuts today.

We just survived a coup attempt and an insurrection.

Quit trying to censor content within the forum that isn't your call just because you disagree with what is being posted.
