He took office after the vaccine was developed and being distributed at nearly a million doses per day. The rollout process has gradually improved with experience of those involved with that process exactly as expected. Old Joe has not done a single thing that wouldn't have happened under anyone who was President. He is just a bystander in the process that Trump started.

Huckster Donald got things started on COVID by promptly calling it a hoax. And that it would just 'go away'. Then displayed his full-on dementia to the world by suggesting one might want to try household cleaner as a remedy. Shades of the Old West.
