Trump's disdain regarding Foreign Trade Partners has Never been restricted to China. Many HATERS around here have forgotten about Trump railing during the 2016 Campaign regarding NAFTA/MEXICO. Trump's canceling of the NAFTA SHAFTA led to the current agreement along with the cooperation of Mexico's current Pres to place Their forces on the USA/Mexico border in order to restore order there. Trump put the screws to China which led to the current China Agreement Phase. China was brought to their knees after suffering there Worst economic year outta the last 65 years. This USA economic dominance has also been leveraged by Trump to dominate these same countries militarily. Foreign Trade/Policy is a Landslide Winning Issue for Trump 2020.

You’re no different than his press secretary. In your case, you totally ignore the posting AGAIN and go off on your propaganda BS. Why is Trumps private company buying tons of merchandise from China? What happened to his “Buy American” rhetoric? I notice also you make no mention of his tariff policy against China which raises retail prices for the American consumer up to 18%. Now I have to school you on economics? You were already schooled on polling. Answer the questions you’re asked and cut the propaganda bullspombleprofglidnoctobuns.

Why do you believe last year China had such a Horrible Economic year? Trump knew what he was doing with his tariffs driving the prices of China products UP resulting in their sales being Down. This placed China at the bargaining table in a very compromised position.

Der Bleater is threatening to come out daily before the cameras and attempt to "talk his way out of this"!

He's back: Trump to re-up virus briefings amid lagging polls

 · WASHINGTON (AP) — President Donald Trump sought to paint a rosier picture of the coronavirus for the nation Tuesday but conceded the pandemic is likely to get worse for a time as he revived his daily briefings with an eye to halting a campaign-season erosion of support as new cases spike across the country....

Any viewer he manages to "change the mind of", cannot have much of a mind, and anyone else receptive to his new round of self-promotion is already a deplorable. Don't call this attraction cult-like behavior? Suggest a more succinct dynamic to explain the attraction than "cult-like"!

Judy Lynn Shelton (born 1953 or 4, age 66 or 67) is an American economic advisor to President Donald Trump.[1] She is known for her advocacy for a return to the gold standard and for her criticisms of the Federal Reserve.[2][3][4] Trump announced on July 2, 2019, that he would nominate Shelton to the Fed, and her nomination is currently pending in the Senate.[5][6][7]....

...Politics..... In 2000, she advocated for open borders with Mexico.[14]

Views on monetary policy
Shelton is known as a critic of the Federal Reserve.[3][4] She said in 2011 that the Federal Reserve is "almost a rogue agency," and asked whether it could be trusted in having oversight of the dollar.[18] "She has called for a 0% inflation target, contradicting the bank's current 2% target.[19] She has written that a "fundamental question" of economics is "why do we need a central bank?"[20] Shelton has criticized the Federal Reserve's longstanding policy of independence from the White House, saying in 2019 interview that she saw "no reference to independence" in the Fed's authorizing legislation.[21] Shelton describes herself as "highly skeptical" of the Federal Reserve's "nebulous" dual mandate of maximum employment and price stability. [22]

During the Obama years, she criticized
the Federal Reserve's low interest rates.[23][24][25] During the Trump presidency, she advocated for the Federal Reserve to adopt lower interest rates as a form of economic stimulus. (Trump frequently criticized the Federal Reserve for not lowering interest rates.)[2][23][26] She supports the Republican Party's Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, and the Trump administration's deregulative agenda.[4] Before Trump became president, she was a longtime advocate for free trade, but after he became president, she supported his administration's trade war with China.[4][14]

Shelton opposes federal deposit insurance. In her 1994 book "Money Meltdown," she writes that "Eliminating federal deposit insurance would restore the essential character of banking as a vehicle for channeling financial capital into productive investment while striving to meet the risk and timing preference of depositors.[27]

Shelton is a long-time proponent of pegging the value of the dollar to gold.[28] In 2019, she said that she hoped for a new Bretton Woods-style conference where countries would agree to return to the gold standard, saying, "If it takes place at Mar-a-Lago that would be great."[29] Mar-a-Lago is a club run by President Trump.

Shelton supports a highly integrated financial system, including a global common currency[30] and a universal gold reserve bank.[31]

Nomination to Federal Reserve
On July 3, 2019, President Donald Trump used his Twitter account to announce his intention to nominate Shelton and a regional Fed official, Christopher Waller, to the Federal Reserve board. His previous nominees, former presidential contender Herman Cain and economic commentator Stephen Moore, had withdrawn for lack of Senate support.[15][32] During the months in which Shelton was being considered for the post by Trump, she was a guest at Trump's D.C. hotel.[15]...

Fact Checker - Analysis
President Trump has made more than 20,000 false or misleading claims
By Glenn Kessler, Salvador Rizzo and Meg Kelly
July 13, 2020 at 3:00 a.m. EDT

It took President Trump 827 days to top 10,000 false and misleading claims in The Fact Checker’s database, an average of 12 claims a day.

But on July 9, just 440 days later, the president crossed the 20,000 mark — an average of 23 claims a day over a 14-month period,
....The coronavirus pandemic has spawned a whole new genre of Trump’s falsehoods. The category in just a few months has reached nearly 1,000 claims, more than his tax claims combined. Trump’s false or misleading claims about the impeachment investigation — and the events surrounding it — contributed almost 1,200 entries to the database.

The notion that Trump would exceed 20,000 claims before he finished his term appeared ludicrous when The Fact Checker started this project during the president’s first 100 days in office. In that time, Trump averaged fewer than five claims a day, which would have added up to about 7,000 claims in a four-year presidential term. But the tsunami of untruths just keeps looming larger and larger.

The most troubling symptom you present is rigid refusal to respond to suggestions you seek an evaluation of your emotional and associated state of health. The cruelty driven by total absence of empathy is to your own state of health akin to a dog chasing its tail, except the dog has one advantage you do not. The dog's tail is not guarded by a culted coterie of sycophants, and the SS ! It is only going to get worse for you, unless you pursue an evaluation.

New Studies Show Trump's Tariffs Have Been Costly For U.S. Consumers and Businesses
"These U.S. tariffs have been completely passed on to U.S. firms and consumers," report economists from Princeton, Columbia, and the Federal Reserve.
ERIC BOEHM | 1.7.2020 10:45 AM
...The trio of researchers—from the Federal Reserve, Princeton, and Columbia, respectively—note that this finding is somewhat surprising because tariffs typically have the consequence of forcing foreign producers to lower prices in order to stay competitive in an environment where those goods are subject to import taxes. But that hasn't happened despite the Trump administration's five waves of new tariffs on goods imported from China. The average U.S. tariff has increased from 1.6 percent to 5.4 percent since the trade war with China really got rolling in July 2018, but "the tariffs do not appear to be affecting foreign export prices," the trio of economists conclude.

That directly contradicts the message that Trump and his allies have been sending
since the trade war began. Peter Navarro, Trump's top economic adviser, for example, has stubbornly maintained the fantasy that "China is bearing the entire burden of the tariffs," even when confronted with data suggesting exactly the opposite.

Amiti, Redding, and Weinstein note that the first few months of tariff data could have been misleading for a number of reasons. ..

Is there a deplorable "manual" instructing the way all cult members respond, or not, to surveys? What else are you ALL instructed to do, or not do, or say?

Or, does Trump possess the only copy of that "owner's manual"?
