When Kennedy was shot, Lee Harvey Oswald was sitting in the backseat of William W Whaley and heading to 500 block of North Beckley, so it is impossible for Baker and Truly saw Oswald inside the Texas School Book Depository and there is only one employee that have no alibi, is JACK DOUGHERTY.
1. Whaley didn't use a watch.
2. Whaley testified that his times were not exactly accurate with a a possible ten minute deviation.
3. Whaley guessed.

Now that could have been 10 minutes off in each direction because I didn't use a watch, I just guess, in other words, all my trips are marked about 15 minutes each.

Whaley was a taxi driver, of course he used watch and was saying right time, which was 12:30. Of course in the hearings he backup in this matter because the script were changed when Oswald goes rampage and shot J.D Tippit and becuase of this, Oswald was framed as the shooter of Kennedy and why Whaley wants to change the time.
This +- 15 minutes means the time interval where these taxi drivers work with they customers and Whaley wants to take this card and change the time on when Oswald was actually get in.
Based on the statements of Whaley, there are no doubt that Oswald would not have get in at 12:30....or 12:32
But because of this matter, you and many of the profiles of this platform are most likely linked to this United States FAKE MEDIA, either by work or that they are paid for these statements with which the truth of Kennedy assassination is tried to cover up and hide, and this is the SUPER POWER of these DEMOCRACIES, where the people on the side of government is posing as ordinary citizens where they spread all kinds of LIES, FAKE NEWS and disinformation to cover the truth.

WHY, is something in the case of Lee Harvey Oswald we might not find 100% answer, but the fact is, that this gang bang that killed Kennedy, is not made of any intelligent people, which is to be expected when you recruit people to assassinate a president and why you have to deal with Oswald kind of people that might do something extraordinary and that no one can expect, like shooting J.D Tippit even the main script was that J.D Tippit is the one who arrest Oswald and become a hero cop.

Why Oswald was arrested something like 30 minutes after killing J.D Tippit but James Earl Ray something like months after killing MLK jr, the interval he got out from the United States and was arrested in england ???
Oswalds behaviour dont fit to any typical person after murder, but his actions are more like this was planned to do and he suppose to get caught.
Who planned this JFK assassination is clearly the Dallas Police which they did with cooperation with military and after Kennedy´s death, LBJ was in the top position to cancel all investigation, or in this case, scrolling it into wrong direction, which is the same because wrong decision are almost the same as no investigation at all.
Dallas Police that was so outrageouse of this killing Tippit that they have so little time to plan this shooting Oswald that in their hurry, they have actually worked precisely as the Kennedy assassination was carried out, where the real shooter of Kennedy was JACK DOUGHERTY and Oswald role was to play as PATSY.
And this same script goes with shooting Oswlad, where this shooter was not JACK RUBY and whome Dallas Police took inside their building and later shows him as JACK RUBY. This would be 100% proof that Dallas Police was behind the Kennedy assassination because they have lied about who they arrested killing Oswald and why this script was the as killing Kennedy case.
If you look at this picture Oswald shooter, he is wearing a hat, probably to cover his head, which is not bald like Jack Ruby's. I have not found not a single picture on internet where Jack Ruby is wearing a hat.
