Mr. TRULY. I saw the officer almost directly in the doorway of the lunch-room facing Lee Harvey Oswald.
Mr. BELIN. And where was Lee Harvey Oswald at the time you saw him?
Mr. TRULY. He was at the front of the lunchroom, not very far inside he was just inside the lunchroom door.

When Kennedy was shot, Lee Harvey Oswald was sitting in the backseat of William W Whaley and heading to 500 block of North Beckley, so it is impossible for Baker and Truly saw Oswald inside the Texas School Book Depository and there is only one employee that have no alibi, is JACK DOUGHERTY.

When Kennedy was shot, Lee Harvey Oswald was sitting in the backseat of William W Whaley and heading to 500 block of North Beckley, so it is impossible for Baker and Truly saw Oswald inside the Texas School Book Depository and there is only one employee that have no alibi, is JACK DOUGHERTY.

1. Whaley didn't use a watch.
2. Whaley testified that his times were not exactly accurate with a a possible ten minute deviation.
3. Whaley guessed.

Mr. WHALEY. I thought maybe you might need it. You look down there it says Greyhound, 500 North Beckley, I think it is marked 12:30 to 12:45. Now that could have been 10 minutes off in each direction because I didn't use a watch, I just guess, in other words, all my trips are marked about 15 minutes each.
