She did testify under oath. That is all we have.
 Where I live...the police arrest first and ask questions later....evidence is what ever they choose to believe.
I did not 'take up the story'... I continue to research. Note that no one else has ever reported this testimony on the forum.

Even if it actually happened ....we don't know the entire story.   And.... I seriously doubt that Lee pushed the landlady...  Recall his encounter with Carlos Bringuer?

Lee Oswald seemed to have landlady problems everywhere he stayed.
To some old bag...a 'brush by' might = a push.
All of Oswald's landladies [who testified] stated that he never talked to them...was not friendly...never said hello etc.
Various other testimonies stated similar aloofness.

I can understand why a secret agent might not want to strike up conversations with gossipy old women....     If he didn't talk to them there wasn't much they could tell anybody who might come around asking questions.

He was an intelligent but disgruntled Marxist, dissatisfied with both the Soviet and the American systems, stuck in a low-paying job, with an attitude problem regarding authority figures, with a bossy, nosey and opinionated mother, with a manipulative, unhappy Russian wife, and an "undesirable discharge" from the Marine Corps.
