Determining a Timestamp for Darnell

This is soooo painful...
Previously you posted this - The Bell Film shows Wiegman running across the stairs/directly toward Zapruder.
Do you stand by this claim, that in the Bell film we can see Weigman running across the stairs toward Zapruder? Or is this something that you've made up?
Is it something you are imagining but isn't shown in the Bell film.

I'll make this easy - At any point in the Bell film do we see Weigman running?

Do you know what...just forget it...the Bell film does not show Weigman running towards Zapruder, it never did. You just made it up. Weigman stays in exactly the same spot until the film cuts and he is down by the Newmans. Why you would claim the Bell film shows him running is a complete mystery to me. I literally have no idea why you would make such a claim. But now you are trying to backtrack on it...kind of...maybe.

Your story about Weigman standing up while he filmed the Hesters and then fell over is just a fantasy you have invented. There is not a single scrap of evidence to support this made up scenario. I have no idea why you have invented this scenario. I just don't get it. I honestly don't understand why you can't just accept the obvious - the Weigman footage of the Hesters shows us it was filmed at floor level, the Bell footage shows us Weigman filming the Hesters at floor level.
Why isn't the obvious interpretation of the evidence acceptable?
Why invent pointless details?
The steps are only a few inches high...if Weigman was stood up filming the footage would be from a stood up position. But it clearly isn't......................

           Are you using the YOU TUBE "Uncropped" Bothun Photo to help with your time stamping? I find the position of Altgens coming down the knoll toward Elm St and Wiegman having finished filming the Newman Family and now being physically down on the sidewalk filming Officer Haygood, to be important factors with respect to determining the Tick/Tock. Same goes for the Chism Family now being in position to begin their run across the Knoll. Trask "Pictures Of The Pain" gives this Bothun Photo a roughly "30 Seconds" after the kill shot time stamp.

   Thanks for posting the above Bell Film still frame.
    If you look at the frames leading up to this still frame and the frames following it, you will see that the upper body of Wiegman is getting closer to the ground at the end of these frames. Why? Because Wiegman is falling to the ground. If you think of Wiegman as being a Football Running Back, he mirrors a ball carrier falling Forward to the ground. Instead of firmly holding a Football to his chest, Wiegman is instead holding his camera to his chest.
   Wiegman filmed the Newman Family at the bottom of the Knoll. The Newman Family were on the ground (W) of the Street Light Post. (To the (L) of the Street Light Post). In order for Wiegman to be standing next to the Newman Family and film them, he had to of moved (W) from where we see him on the above Bell still frame. This is what Wiegman was beginning to do when he stumbled and fell to the ground. He had to of gotten UP, and then continued moving (W) across the Knoll, in order to then go Down the knoll and end up standing next to the Newman Family. The Couch Film shows Wiegman moving almost STRAIGHT DOWN the Knoll. Wiegman had to of moved (W) from where we see him on this Bell still frame in order to arrive at the bottom of the Knoll and then be standing next to the Newman Family.

   The importance of the Wiegman movements is his movements consume time. O'meara is working on a timeline concerning the Darnell Film. Couch and Darnell were both riding inside Camera Car #3. That opening frame of the Darnell Film shows the 3 camera cars being at a dead STOP. The driver of Camera Car #2 is filmed standing outside of the car. This would be in reaction to an extended STOP. Then we see Officer Baker running across the Island and toward the TSBD. This extended stopping of the camera cars impacts the accepted Officer Baker Tick/Tock.
    The same goes for Couch filming Wiegman running down the knoll. Wiegman falling down at the top of the Knoll, before he ran (W) across and then down the knoll, is yet another Tick/Tock issue

   OK. The timestamp for the Bothun Photo is :30 seconds after the kill shot. Yet, we see Motorcycle Officer Hargis beginning to ride away. Considering everything that Hargis did, that :30 seems very quick for him to be riding away.
   Also, that photo shows almost all of the Hargis motorcycle windshield. A detailed look at that windshield should reveal a lot of blood/brain matter on it. Hargis stopped his motorcycle quickly after the kill shot. Whatever was on that windshield should have remained "as is" on the Bothun Photo.
