Bugliosi did in fact identify many errors and distortions that Meagher made in her book Accessories After the Fact, but he also ignored the many valid, factual points that she made. About 65% of her arguments are valid, and about 45% are either invalid or are downright misleading and are based on a severe misrepresentation of her sources.
