It's one of her colleagues, Karen Hicks or Carol Reed.

More detail on Mrs. John Hughes (Carol) @ link(s) below. My recollection is that she was an older woman, age 27 in 1963, married
to a man still in his teens and was a mother of a very recently born baby, and living with her in-laws.
