I don't think Tom Graves is a nut case, but his obsession with the KGB and his claims about the KGB and the JFK case certainly make him appear to be very odd.

Major Lt. Col. Captain who recontacted the CIA in late January 1964 and physically defected to the U.S., leaving his beloved-in-1962 wife and two daughters behind to fend for themselves in Moscow and claiming to have read Oswald's KGB file four times -- twice before and twice after the assassination. He implausibly claimed that your and Fancy Pants Rants' beloved KGB had absolutely nothing to do with the former Marine sharpshooter and U-2 radar operator during the two-and-a-half years he lived in the USSR.
Question: Does that necessarily mean the KGB killed JFK?
Answer: No, it doesn't.
However, given the fact that Nosenko was eventually hired by the CIA to teach "counterintelligence" to its and the FBI's new recruits, it is an indication of just how penetrated by the KGB they were, and possibly still are.

David Slawson into allowing Nosenko to testify to the Warren Commission.
