Here is my review of Sylvia Meagher's book, Accessories After the Fact. Spoiler Alert: It is not a very good book.

You make a lot of valid points in your review. I must admit that I was very disappointed to read all the times when Meagher clearly fudged or misrepresented her sources.

This being said, I would also say that you fail to acknowledge the many points in her book that are valid. She made many arguments that have stood the test of time and that have been buttressed by subsequent research.

But, yes, her book is not nearly as good as I used to think it was. You have documented enough errors in it that I would not recommend it to anyone. If someone told me they were about to read it, I would warn them that it contains many invalid claims.
