I have never served on a jury. We are not allowed to sit on juries. But I have defended many clients in jury and judge-alone trials. I have done hundreds of trials. I did my first trial in 1980 and my last a few weeks ago. I have defended all kinds of charges from first degree murder to shoplifting.

Evidence that does not fit together is what defence counsel looks for. Contradiction within the prosecution's case is what drives acquittals.

This is why Jerry Spence attacked the SBT so much in his defence of Oswald in the mock trial in which Vince Bugliosi prosecuted.  The SBT is a big reason that conspiracy theories thrive.  LNs maintain that it is vital to the LN conclusion and CTs use that and point to all the contrary evidence to promote conspiracies. The LN’s are wrong in rejecting the abundant conflicting evidence to the SBT and both are wrong for promoting it as essential to the LN conclusion.

The SBT is the only plausible explanation ever offered for JFK's non-fatal wounds and all of JBC's wounds. On countless occasions you have demonstrated how ridiculous alternative theories can be. It is preposterous to think that the bullet that exited JFK's throat could have missed JBC's torso and even sillier to think it would have entered his left thigh even with it flared out in as unnatural position as you have tried to demonstrate. It is even more ridiculous to postulate that JBC was not shot prior to Z270, given the extreme gyrations he exhibited prior to then as well as his sudden arm flip at Z226 which perfectly coincided with JFK's sudden reaction to being shot through his upper back and throat. At least you have tried to offer an alternative, lame as it is. The CTs almost never even try. They just declare the SBT impossible without saying why or even attempting to offer a plausible alternative. They seem to know that there is no alternative that wouldn't be easily demolished as yours has been.

It would be silly if I suggested that the shot through JFK happened at z223 or thereabouts.  But I do not suggest that at all. The evidence indicates that it was the first shot and it happened earlier:as JFK approached the Thornton sign (T.E. Moore), an instant before z202 (Phil Willis), just after Betzner took his z186 photo, enough after Croft took his z161 photo for him to wind his film, as JFK passed between Linda Willus and the Stemmons sign, etc.  And at that time JBC’s torso was turned to the right. What does not work is any shot through JFK’s neck striking JBC on his right side.

You seem to be ignoring the evidence of JBC that he turned around to look back at JFK, which was after the first shot and before he was hit in the back. That is the only time he turns to look back. You also seem to be ignoring the evidence that JBC’s doctors concluded that his chest injury was sustained when his chest was almost parallel to the trajectory if the bullet.

Of course it works because JBC was about a half a body width to the left of JFK. That is exactly whether the bullet exiting his throat should have struck him. It makes your goofy theory of the bullet going to the left of his torso and into his thigh even more ridiculous.

He turned to look over his right shoulder at Z164 when he snapped his head to the right and rotated his shoulders. He didn't turn far enough to see JFK and was just starting to turn back toward the front when the bullet hit both of them. That is the only way it could have happened.

Even if JFK was as far right as possible at z222, which means he leaned quite a bit to the left between z222 and z224, half a body width is not nearly enough. The bullet was moving from right to left at an angle of almost 10 degrees:

If it went through JFK’s neck at z222 it would have missed JBC’s right armpit by 4 inches to the left. JBC had to have been sitting with his left buttock off the seat for the trajectory to work at z222.

What is goofy is suggesting that JBC feared an assassination was occurring and was straining to look at JFK here:

JFK was as far right as possible and where the hell do you get the idea he leaned left between Z222 and Z224? Is that what you have to assume happened to make your scenario sound plausible? It's not working. The kindest adjective I could come up with to describe it is bizarre. It just gets funnier and funnier the herder you try to save it.

if the bullet would have missed his right armpit 4 inches to the left it would have hit him square in the back, just right of his spine. That isn't where it hit him. Where it hit him is perfectly in line with the bullet exiting JFK's throat.

So what tells you that JFK has his right ribcage pressed against the side of the car at z224-225?:

And since it didn’t that tells you that it didn’t happen that way. The abundant evidence that the shot through JFK did not go on to strike JBC in the right armpit back was right after all.

From the time the limo left Love Field until JFK disappeared behind the sign, his right elbow was resting on the side of the limo or extended outside of it as can be seen at the 1:10 mark of this video:

The video shows his right side was as far to the right as possible.
