Your hypothetical is lame because JFK didn't "keep on smiling and waving" after Oswald's first, missing-everything, shot at "Z-124" (half-a-second before Zapruder resumed filming at Z-133).

He stopped waving and quickly turned his head to his left in Z-144.

Ok. So who reported seeing JFK smile and wave for several seconds during the 5 1/2 seconds after the first shot and before the second?  And if there are none, why do you think that is and why do you think 25 witnesses said he reacted immediately to the first shot by moving left/bringing arms up/hands to neck?

Why does somebody need to be told something that can clearly be seen in the Zfilm?

I knew it was a difficult question to answer.  If it was clear, why does Max Holland and Tom disagree with you and also disagree with each other?

The only disagreement is to when the shot was fired that JBC and Willis reacted to. Thut's not surprising given the missed shot provided no definitive proof as to when it was fired. There is agreement that JBC is seen reacting to a gunshot. There is also agreement between Tom and myself that you are totally clueless. Holland would probably agree too if he even knew who you were.

You think I am clueless, but you don't speak for Tom.  Tom thinks I am a jerk.  I think that both of you have little experience examining evidence in real cases.

You make it hard to argue with that.

I've served on four juries. Examining evidence is what juries are tasked with. Now tell us all about your experience, Clouseau.

I have never served on a jury. We are not allowed to sit on juries. But I have defended many clients in jury and judge-alone trials. I have done hundreds of trials. I did my first trial in 1980 and my last a few weeks ago. I have defended all kinds of charges from first degree murder to shoplifting.

Evidence that does not fit together is what defence counsel looks for. Contradiction within the prosecution's case is what drives acquittals.

This is why Jerry Spence attacked the SBT so much in his defence of Oswald in the mock trial in which Vince Bugliosi prosecuted.  The SBT is a big reason that conspiracy theories thrive.  LNs maintain that it is vital to the LN conclusion and CTs use that and point to all the contrary evidence to promote conspiracies. The LN’s are wrong in rejecting the abundant conflicting evidence to the SBT and both are wrong for promoting it as essential to the LN conclusion.
