LHO was recruited by elements of the Dixie mafia and the KKK in Biloxi, Mississippi. The recruitment work was done by a Mississippi based soldier of Carlos Marcello who had connections in the Biloxi underworld.

Anyone got any info that would substantiate this claim? What do you think of this idea?
