Foreground images in Zapruder... Spotter or gunman?

Here is a foreground image of a man's head... It seems to look like a botched attempt to cover over several foreground images, blending them into the middle ground...
This one slipped through... and there are several frames with this same image... This is probably someone at the end of the wall area... preparing for the dirty deed...

Elvis? No... not into conspiracy theories... Cataract surgery might help...

The image is pretty distinct... Not sure this has been seen before...
It does not show up with such distinction in most copies...
The original, and likely 2nd or 3rd generation copies, will show this more clearly...
The question is why is the rest of the body missing?
Is this a film cover-up gone bad?
