This is a Darnell Film still frame Blowup. It is timestamped as being 20 seconds after the kill shot. The figure you see with all the forehead showing is Billy Lovelady. He is standing on the steps in front of the TSBD. He is almost standing in the very same spot that the Altgens photo showed him to be standing. Without a doubt, this is Lovelady 20 seconds after the kill shot. Lovelady can Not be in 2 places at the same time. Lovelady is Not one of the "2 Guys" distancing themselves from the "getaway" car on the Couch Film.

If that’s Lovelady then its doubtful that he and Shelly can do all they said they did and get back to the west.side rear door entrance in time to be the 2 unidentified men that Baker and Truly met 50 secs later at the rear elevators 1st floor.

But it can’t be Oswald there on the steps 20
sec post shots either because everyone has been gradually led to believe that the Altgens 6 photo at Z255 must be Lovelady even though no one has replicated that weird position and photograph it such that the lower shirt sleeve (with no hand !?) appears IN FRONT of whom ever the black guy is standing at the base of the steps. ( it’s either Roy Lewis or the big guy named Carl something).

I agree. That was Not Lovelady & Shelley that were back by the freight elevator when Truly and Baker were back there. There is Nothing to support that claim.

That’s right because Adams /Stiles got to the ground floor by 60 secs and if they saw Lovelady / Shelley then it’s an amazing teleportation trick.

The :50 seconds after the kill shot there were "2 Guys" near the freight elevator is a screwy story. That's exceptionally quick for anyone to get back there.
Bart Kamp is now challenging the Oswald/Officer Baker 2nd floor lunchroom confrontation. He thinks that did Not happen.  Baker/Truly arriving at the freight elevator :50 seconds after the kill shot, may might been fabricated to fit their arriving at the 2nd Floor at the same time as Oswald allegedly did.
