In the Lost Bullet version of the Bell Film, we see the edge code or manufacturer's notches on the right side of the film (SEE gif below).
Normally, this is not seen.

Sooooo.... who is this?! (Not Zapruder or Sitzman...)

He looks as though he's holding a rifle and likely using the scope post-assassination.

Go to "YOU TUBE" and search -  "The Patsy Paschall film" (1:45)   by - The JFK Theorist.
At the 1:15 Mark, (examine this frame-by-frame), you can see a dark figure at roughly ground level moving from L-R near the Zapruder Perch. I am not sure if this is the identical time frame of the Bell film snippet that you have posted, but it looks to be exceptionally close. This is the best copy of the Paschall Film I have seen. I am hoping that someone will provide a better copy.

Yes, there seems to be a lot of "pixel" movement in that area in the Paschall film...
However, I came across an Altgens 8 that might have been pre-released without full "alterations" as I suspect were done...
Here's what could be the same person at that corner of the perch as seen in the Bell film...

You need to refer to your Darnell Images of The Shelter area behind Zapruder. How can Zapruder be entering the shelter BEHIND the Hester's? Zapruder is already supposed to be inside that shelter when the Hester's entered it.

This image of what appears to be a gunman in the Bell film's manufacturer's notch, appears before Zapruder walks out into the open area (while Sitzman turns back toward the pergola shelter), then turns back to walk past Sitzman to enter the pergola shelter... likely followed by Sitzman and then Beatrice and Charles through the very same entranceway... (I'm not sure this sequence in the Bell film is shown in The Lost Bullet...)

Who is this person who appears to be holding a rifle?
Could it have been Zapruder? He would have had to move fast if Mark Bell continued filming...

Who is this? That is the most important question...

It likely won't convince LN'rs otherwise... but might give them a slight pause...
