BUMP

Storing,

I think it's the evil, evil, evil CIA/Mafia/Corsican/anti-Castro Cuban hitman who was caught in the Zapruder film while shooting JFK and/or shooting JBC in the CHEST when JBC was turned around and waving to the patsy known as Lee Harvey Oswald in the Sniper's Nest, but the CIA ALTERED THE FILM and took that part out, and here we see him several minutes after he'd performed his dastardly Deep State / National Security State deed, hanging around to see if anyone wants his AUTOGRAPH!!!

I can see what you're talking about, but I think any rifleman involved in the JFK shooting would have been long gone by the time this footage was taken.

However, on a related note, by analyzing enhanced versions of the photos taken by Phillip Willis, the HSCA’s photographic experts detected the image of a person standing behind the concrete wall on the grassy knoll and the image of a straight-line object near the region of the person’s hands:

The committee also examined information about the presence of a man near the concrete structure on
the grassy knoll near the area where some witnesses said they believed gunfire had originated.

The photographic evidence panel examined photographs made by Phillip Willis of the area of the grassy knoll
and concluded that a photograph taken by Willis did show a person standing behind the concrete wall on the
knoll. The panel determined that that photograph was taken at approximately frame 202 of the Zapruder
film, which was after President Kennedy received the neck wound but before the fatal head shot. According
to the results of the panel's photographic enhancement and analysis, the figure in the Willis photograph was
consistent with that of an adult approximately 5 feet 6 inches to 6 feet in height and wearing dark clothing.

The panel also noted that in another photograph by Willis, which was taken after the Presidential limousine
had left Dealey Plaza, the figure standing behind the concrete wall had disappeared. The panel concluded that
that movement by the object was consistent with the presence of a human being.

The photographic evidence panel also noted that in the first Willis photograph, which shows the person
standing behind the concrete wall, there is visible, near the region of the hands of the person at the wall,
"a very distinct straight-line feature," which extends from lower right to upper right. (HSCA staff report titled
Dealey Plaza Conspiracy Witnesses: Staff Report of the Select Committee on Assassinations, March 1979,
in 12 HSCA)

I would caution you on choosing to Not Believe what you see because it does not make sense. You're rationalizing. Just look at that guy that was sentenced to Life for mutilating those people sleeping inside that off-campus house. Does that make any "sense" to You? Individuals such as this think and act much differently than you do. If your vision is good, trust what you see.
If you view the entire film snippet, it shows that the Picket Fence looks either somewhat new or newly varnished, shellacked or weather treated. This means the flashes of brightness we see behind (N) of Black Dog Man is the E-W picket fence. Black Dog Man is actually standing in front of (S) of the Picket Fence.  Black Dog Man is probably standing on the ground (W) of The Steps and (S) in front of the N-S picket fence. This would be the same general area that Gordon Arnold claimed he was standing while filming. The profile shape of the head of Black Dog Man on Willis 5 resembles the cap that Arnold claimed he was wearing that day. Black Dog Man on Willis 5 could easily be Gordon Arnold.
