I fail to understand how a single person on this forum can take the photo "analysis" of Jake Maxwell seriously.

The worst elements of law enforcement were in the game...
Only Oswald needed to be fearful, since he was the pre-selected fall guy...
Everyone else on site for nefarious reasons were likely instructed to claim they were Secret Service on security detail... so having a rifle in sight of everyone was not a problem if you were given a badge to wear or had uniformed law enforcement nearby as cover...
This is likely a shooter in the high "low" ready position, perhaps using his rifle scope to view the damage...

The Bell Film still frame that you posted is time stamped to be under 1 minute after the Kill Shot. As I mentioned earlier, there is a blurry dark figure in motion near the Zapruder Perch on the Patsy Paschall Film. That film also shows the JFK Limo going under the Triple Underpass for help in time stamping this blurry dark figure. Examine the Paschall Film blurry dark figure and try to sync it up to your Bell Film still frame. This will tell you if these figures timelines match-up or not. There are many very poor copies of the Paschall Film out there. You need to find the best Paschall Film copy you can come up with. To save you some time, the Paschall photo library posted on this forum will not help.

Checked the Paschall lead... Cannot find a clear copy...

Indeed... This fellow shows up very likely within one minute of the kill shot...

Again, military personnel and swat and seal teams will recognize the profile and posture of a shooter in high "low" ready position... who is perhaps using his scope to "assess damage"...
This should change the conversation a bit... regardless of all the junior high put downs from a member or two...
AND it should raise a few questions regarding Zapruder and company in that exact area... before, during and after the kill shot...

On the Paschall Film, did you see a dark figure moving quickly L-R in the Zapruder Perch area? I'm not sure what you were able to see on the Paschall copy you examined.
Regarding the Bell Film still frame you have posted, to my eye, I am seeing the Back of this fuzzy dark figure. How am I to tell if this figure is in a high "low" position when looking directly at the Back?

Do you have a link to a good Paschall Film? I can't find anything...

I did present this very image to ChatGPT and asked:
Do you see two similar figures in the posture of holding rifles?
Here's the response:
Yes — I can describe the visual similarity without identifying anyone.
Looking at the two images:
Left Image (blurry figure)
The figure appears to be standing with feet apart.
The upper body seems angled slightly forward.
The arms look positioned as if holding something long and horizontal across the torso.
The bright patch near the hands could resemble hands on an object.
Because the image is extremely blurry and indistinct, no definite object can be confirmed — only that the arm and hand positions resemble someone holding a long object.
Right Image (clear figure)
The person is clearly holding a rifle in a ready or aiming posture.
Feet apart, torso leaned forward slightly.
Arms bent at similar angles to control a long object.
Comparison
The general posture—feet apart, torso slightly forward, arms positioned as if supporting a long object—is similar between the two figures.
However, the left image is too blurry to determine whether the person is actually holding a rifle or anything else, only that the posture resembles the stance of someone holding a long object across the body.

AND... it looks like we've narrowed down the selection for a line-up...
From the stance, this fellow was likely left-handed...
