In the 1960's there were people in "high places" who hated Kennedy with as much vitriol as some people hate Trump today...
Yeah, if Zapruder was in on it... quite possibly Sitzman and the Hester's were in on it as well...
If Zapruder was taking aim... Sitzman was likely doing the filming...
Again, the little story about convincing Z. to go back and get his camera, was likely a "cover" story....

   Jake does point out there is "cropping" of an image/person from his posted Bell still frame. This issue does hold huge merit. You focus on the silly and miss that which is truly important. Kinda like Tesla trying to sell a silly "death ray" vs his Alternating Current having been dismissed. Repeating the folly of the past is not recommended. Put your broad brush away. Carefully examine the entire package.

      Zapruder was wearing a suit with dress slacks, so I do not believe this is him. This individual looks to be wearing a heavy coat or duster of some kind. I do Not see a rifle. All of that said, this image is a very good find.
