No, because that's complete nonsense. Continue having fun wildly misinterpreting every film and photo from the assassination though!

...Also, over most of the last 62 years researchers have not had access to digitized photos and high resolution computer screens...
So, yes, why shouldn't there be more discoveries that 62 years of research have overlooked?

It's only "very likely" to you - which is all anybody here needs to know. Dp you actually believe that you, to the exclusion of nearly 62 years' worth of research, have managed to discover that a bunch of evil conspirators were communicating with each other, by walkie-talkie, before, during and after the assassination? Or have you ever considered the possibility that you are wildly misinterpreting what's actually going on in the film and photo record? Why is that not a single credible researcher before you ever noticed that little old Abraham Zapruder was part of the conspiracy and was waving around his magic walkie-talkie for anybody to see?

So... over the last 62 years has anyone made reference to this pretty significant image from the Bell Film found in the film notch, captured only seconds after the assassination?

What do you specifically mean by, "in the FILM NOTCH"? What is the "FILM NOTCH"? We also need some context here.  Where is this figure? Is that the Zapruder Perch on the (L) of this figure?  Help us out with some details.
This might be the same figure we see on the Patsy Paschall Film in the Zapruder Perch area.

"Film notch" or sometimes called "film code" to indicate which side of the film has the emulsion...
Below is the image in context...

Here is the same image from the Sixth Floor Museum copy...
The Museum copy does not include the notch, but you can still see a partial image...

I believe the very top Bell still frame is from "The Lost Bullet" (2011). When I get the time I will frame-by-frame my copy of "The Lost Bullet" to see if that same still frame is cropped in the DVD. I'm not big on anything coming outta the Sixth Floor Museum (jfk.org). I do appreciate that opening :40 of the Darnell Film that they released about 1 yr ago. I think the museum "quality control" probably feel asleep at the wheel on that :40 release. There's some very revealing images within that :40.
The specific movements of Zapruder after he got down from the pedestal remain a mystery. Also, how long Zapruder stayed inside the shelter and specifically who was inside it with him. Once again, the Old Guard JFK Assassination Research Community feel on its' arse. Zapruder "no show'd" his scheduled interview with Josiah Thompson for his blockbuster, "Six Seconds In Dallas". This tells you all you need to know. Some of these main players took valuable information with them when they exited the stage.

Yes... the movements of Zapruder are somewhat mysterious, and likely purposely so... and Hoover was not at all interested in pursuing further investigations that might have included Zapruder and others... He wanted investigations to find evidence - if not "plant" evidence - to pin it all on Oswald...

I think Zapruder was present to shoot at JFK... or at least, he was there to provide false witness testimony for others from that vantage point who either shot, or were prepared to shoot (see the Bell "film notch" figure...)

The sweet little made-up story that Zapruder had to be convinced to go back and get his camera, is so thin and easy to see through...
That story was made up to protect Zapruder and to cover the fact that Zapruder's presence on that pergola perch was all planned out in advance...

Sitzman's comment about seeing a black couple behind the wall was likely a story she told so that the black couple might be pursued as the culprits, just in case the Oswald scenario they were trying to "construct" fell through for unforeseen reasons... and also to keep Zapruder and company's complicity from being investigated...

Look again... the man is likely on a walkie-talkie...
Let the research and investigation begin!

Why would anyone include Sitzman in the assassination of a POTUS? She's a real Edith Bunker before the fictional Edith Bunker. No way.
