  How about you knock it off with insulting peoples' inteligence, Jake?  Cool it with the use of inferior copies of Zapruder film frames, spreading your tripe in here.

 Here's the frame from a superior National Archives copy of the Zapruder film.  There is no "fellow" anywhere near Mrs. Beatrice Hester, seated on the bench.

Also, if your copy doesn't show this image, you are looking at a "sanitized" version of Zapruder, regardless of the source...

There is no "fellow" where you say there's a "fellow". All copies of the Z film show the same thing.  It's the backrest of the park bench
