It wouldn't be so bad only the HSCA concluded CONSPIRACY..
They should have alerted the media.

Just a suggestion for all the people who believe that they have uncovered some sort of evidence of a conspiracy. Stop complaining about things and do something about it. This is still an open case (and will be an open case forever) as far as the FBI is concerned.

A snip from “History Will Prove Us Right” by Howard Willens, page 402:

When he appeared before the commission, Hoover had testified about a possible conspiracy: I know of no substantial evidence of any type that would support any contention of that character. I have read all of the requests that have come to the Bureau from this Commission, and I have read and signed all the replies that have come to the Commission. In addition, I have read many of the reports that our agents have made and I have been unable to find any scintilla of evidence showing any foreign conspiracy or any domestic conspiracy that culminated in the assassination of President Kennedy. Hoover assured the commission that “so far as the FBI is concerned, the case will be continued in an open classification for all time. That is, any information coming to us or any report coming to us from any source will be thoroughly investigated, so that we will be able to either prove or disprove the allegation.”28

Take your “evidence” to someone who you believe that you can trust if you get no satisfaction from the FBI. There are multitudes of reporters who will be more than delighted to publicize your “evidence” (if you really have any).
