Lance Payette:
YAWN.

No, sorry ...

MASSIVE YAWN.

Important to highlight the deceitfulness of the WC??? Gee, the CT community has never hit on that angle before ...  ::) ::) ::)

Why are these folks even humored? Doesn't this start to look less like discussion and more than mental illness?

Do you have anything NEW to add, ever? OCD can be treated, you know.

Dear Lance,

Maybe you should have some milk and cookies, put your jammies on, again, and go back to bed.

Either that or re-read my post.

O'meara's "take" on CE-399 is a real HOOT!

It's 6 AM. I am still in my jammies, my good man, and I've just finished my coffee and peanut butter (right out of the jar, with a spoon!).

People who are B-O-R-I-N-G are never a hoot, and my definition of "hoot" is growing increasingly narrow as I participate here. Now that Team Sock Puppet has come out of the woodwork, perhaps the Hoot Factor will increase exponentially.

I was responding to O'Meara's post, and now it seems to have disappeared. What happened? Did I shame him into deleting it? (Oh, wait, I see what I did - I somehow responded to the original post in this thread. My bad. Well, the point is still valid.)

Michael T. Griffith:
Another point worth mentioning is that Barry Krusch (M.A., B.S.) proves in Impossible: The Case Against Lee Harvey Oswald, Volume 3 that WC counsel David Belin realized that boxes were moved around in the sniper's nest between the time CE 482 was taken and the time CE 715 was taken, i.e., between 1 minute after the shooting and shortly after the arrival of Day and Studebaker to the sixth floor at 1:12. IOW, Belin reached the same conclusion as the HSCA photographic experts, i.e., that boxes were moved in the sniper's nest after the alleged lone gunman had left the sixth floor, but Belin did so on different evidence. Belin detected this by comparing CE 482 with CE 715, which should show the same configuration of boxes but clearly do not.

Belin questioned Deputy Sheriff Mooney closely about the conflict between CE 482 and CE 715. Mooney insisted he did not move a single box in the sniper's nest but stood guard around the nest until Day and Studebaker arrived. Belin may have suspected that Mooney moved the boxes but just didn't want to admit it. If Belin had considered the Powell and Murray photos, he would have realized the boxes were moved before Mooney got to the sixth floor.

What you are describing is the equivalent of a "wheel man". Helping a murderer escape from a murder? You too are going to the "chair". (1963)
