This post examines a video in which RFK Jr. talked about the assassination and his father with Russell Brand. It’s a good example of how he uses three quotes attributed to his father to support his own current conclusion that the CIA was behind his uncle's assassination. Unfortunately, the quotes are not even solid evidence of RFK’s initial instinct, much less evidence that RFK had a basis for that instinct, as Mark Allen has concisely and effectively pointed out in this new article.

The Medical Examiner who performed RFK Sr’s autopsy refuses to say Sirhan killed him. None of the witnesses testified that Sirhan was ever close enough to RFK to shoot him at point-blank range.

Kind of a big deal.

RFK admits that he never read his father’s autopsy until a few years ago.

As nutty as RFK, Jr is about some things, he is much saner than the loons currently in power.  He actually seems like a normal person compared to them.  Sirhan was apprehended at the scene with the literal smoking gun still in his hand.  I think some Kennedy family members want the deaths of their loved ones to be about more than a random lunatic.  The MLK family has fallen into the same trap.  It's unfortunate.

Well, why don't you show them conclusively that they are wrong? Oh, wait... you can't. Now that's unfortunate...

Why is that necessary?  Sirhan was arrested at the scene with the smoking gun still in his hand.  He committed the crime in full view of many witnesses.  The law enforcement authorities with jurisdiction investigated the crime.  Sirhan was charged and convicted having been afforded all his legal rights.   The history books will forever link him to the crime.  It is not necessary to convince every doubter to establish a fact.  These families suffered a tragedy.  They want the deaths of their loved ones to have meaning.  It's understandable why they might want a different narrative.   In contrast, you are a loon who applies an impossible standard of proof to these crimes.

So, you can't show them conclusively that they are wrong. You are just saying they are.... Got it!  Thumb1:

Whatever one thinks of RFK Jr, the forensic evidence strongly indicates that Sirhan wasn’t the only person who fired shots in the kitchen that night. Even Vincent Bugliosi, a former LA prosecutor, acknowledged that the case for conspiracy is strong in RFK Sr’s murder.

The Medical Examiner til this day doesn’t believe Sirhan could have killed RFK Sr.

Obviously, the evidence that there was a conspiracy doesn’t exonerate Sirhan given that he was there with a gun in his hand. And that was basically Kamala Harris’ rationale for denying him a new trial (back when she was a CA Prosecutor).

When Sirhan was originally on trial, his lawyers didn’t challenge the evidence. Their goal was to get him to plead guilty in order to keep him from getting the Death Penalty. But since the 70s, it has been well documented that the LAPD destroyed evidence and that there were too many shots fired for Sirhan to have been the only shooter.

“Richard” knows better than every one of them. Because. . .well, he’s “Richard”.
