I don't see Trump as making a sincere effort to end the war EXCEPT on Putin's terms. I believe he would sincerely like to end the killing and get this nuisance of a war off his plate so he can claim another success, but he is clearly negotiating on behalf of Putin. I don't think this is because he is a Putin/Russia sympathizer but because (1) he believes a Putin victory is inevitably how the war is going to end and (2) he values the business and political opportunities afforded by a closer relationship with Russia far, far more than he does the freedom of Ukraine. The fact is, Biden showed far more courage in this situation than Trump has shown. The first point - the inevitably of a Putin victory - is not true, but it would take real courage on the part of Trump to impose the kind of sanctions on Russia and provide the level of assistance to Ukraine that would bring peace. I don't believe Ukraine or Europe sees Trump as a friend in this mess for one moment. So, yes, I have indeed lost a great of respect for Trump and any illusion that he is actually a man of principle or courage.

"Biden showed courage........." ? Really? Biden sat on his hands and permitted Russia to invade Ukraine to begin with. "10% for the Big Guy" being the reason. Arms sales kickbacks.

He did more than Obama who did absolutely nothing when Russia invaded Crimea.  Granted that was a low bar.

The Epstein hoax continues to implode on the Dems.  They are furious that Maxwell confirmed that Trump had nothing to do with Epstein's crimes.  Of course, Trump haters are claiming that itself is a conspiracy.  She must be lying to receive a pardon.  And on and on. The absence of evidence of a conspiracy  is a cover up that becomes the evidence of the conspiracy.

That's a lie, Smith, and you know it.

All the adjudicated liar said, in effect, was that she didn't know.

Which in and of itself was very probably just another lie.
