Weird FPCC Handbill (2 stuck together?)

I spotted something odd on the top right corner of the below photo. It appears that the FPCC handbills came in twos stuck together. I've never heard of this before. Presumably this means that Oswald had to then cut these. Also the corners of this pile of handbills appear rounded and take on an unusual form. Has anyone any info on this odd format of FPCC handbills?

  I'm more interested in the Minox camera....  These were very expensive and commonly used by spies...

Why was it among Lee's possessions/

There are "Michael Paine" and "Ruth Paine" tags close to the minox camera case. It suggests the camera was confiscated in a bunch of stuff belong to the Paines. And Michael Paine said the camera was his.

The serial numbers were all recorded....  Was Mike Paine the owner of that Minox....   I doubt it...  Unless Mike Paine was a spy....

Michael Paine was into gadgets - he worked at Bell Helicopter. He said the camera was his.
