Silly "smarty-Marty" statement that is devoid of any substance.

I don't need to explain anything. The testimonies of Brewer and McDonald support other evidence that Lee Harvey Oswald killed Officer J.D. Tippit.

Speaking of silly...

How would Brewer and McDonald know who shot Tippit?

And since when is concluding that there is zero evidence for something the same as a theory?

And since when is concluding that there is zero evidence for something the same as a theory?

There is evidence. When a contrarian concludes there is ZERO evidence it is an assertion. Concluding there is ZERO evidence "implies" a theory that is intentionally unstated. For a contrarian to put forward a theory would risk silly, unsubstantiated  guesswork to be attacked as nonsense. You of all people should know that.

Perhaps there is not even a theory.

Until somebody comes up with some, there is ZERO evidence.  You certainly have not.

Cite.

The CBS interview by Eddie Barker. Officer McDonald demonstrates how Lee Oswald punched him in the face and simultaneously pulled a revolver from his waistband and attempted to fire it.

Did you actually watch the video you posted?  Where does he say that Oswald attempted to shoot him?

I don't need to explain anything. The testimonies of Brewer and McDonald support other evidence that Lee Harvey Oswald killed Officer J.D. Tippit. Your "one-liner" replies reveal that you cannot prove Oswald is innocent of the murder of J.D. Tippit in Oak Cliff on 22 November 1963.

I don't need to explain anything.

You only want others to explain, right?

The testimonies of Brewer and McDonald support other evidence that Lee Harvey Oswald killed Officer J.D. Tippit.

No they don't.

Your "one-liner" replies reveal that you cannot prove Oswald is innocent of the murder of J.D. Tippit in Oak Cliff on 22 November 1963

Hilarious... There is the "I am right unless you can prove me wrong" crap again. Does the name Salem mean anything to you?
