Gerry Spence, one of the best trial lawyers of his time, who never lost a criminal case as either a prosecutor or defense counsel. was unable to get Oswald acquitted in a mock trial. Of course, he was up against another of the best trial lawyers of his time in Vincent Bugiosi, who only lost one trial during his career as a prosecutor. Count on the CTs telling us how incompetent Spence's defense of Oswald was. It couldn't have been that he was dealt a losing hand.

My favorite story about zombie threads has to do with one that was on Google Groups. I had stumbled across this particular group and I can't even remember what the subject was but something caught my eye that I felt compelled to respond to. I know members of this forum will find that hard to believe. Anyway, I composed an in depth point-by-point reply, brimming with indisputable logic. I spent 20-30 minutes on my masterful bit of prose. I was quite proud of it. After hitting the POST button, I started looking through other threads on the group and discovered they were all at least seven years old. I had made the first post to that group in seven years. It was a cyberspace ghost town. Google Groups no longer exists so that masterful piece of writing by me is lost to the ages.

I watched it when if first played on American TV, hosted by Geraldo Rivera. It played over several nights if I remember right and I'm not sure I caught all of it, but what I saw was very good. I'll check out the YouTube video.

I recently have been getting reacquainted with the OJ case and it left me wondering how would JFK CT's handle the Oswald conspiracy in court?

To win the OJ case the "Dream Team" capitalized on the alleged racist atmosphere of LA, so the "Dream Team" invented a reasonably plausible alternative narrative, whereas the JFK CT's have given us virtually nothing?

Who planted what and why? What did they have to gain?

The prosecution would be presenting evidence piled on evidence and eyewitness after eyewitness, and in return what would the JFK CT's present and where do your theories go? JohnM
