I have thought about it. That's why I know that both limos are going to accelerate (or speed up if you prefer) coming out of that turn. They aren't going to just coast down a 3 degree incline. Since the motorcycle escort's job was to keep pace with the limos, they would have to get on their throttles too and 4 accelerating Harleys are going to create quite a ROAR (I carefully chose that word).
