Trajectory is not correct and the space problem again.

Problems with the cramped/decoy nest!

Boxes near the window opening and in the window opening.
The boxes are a big issue in the discussion about the snipers nest.
Boxes were moved by the DPD and photographed several times as well
by the media. As well filmed by Tom Aleya.
On thing is clear that those boxes have contributed to a very cramped snipers nest.
How many boxes (55 lbs each?) were moved to build the snipersnest and in what time?
How many time was left to prepair himself and his rifle for those 3 shots?

Opening  (space)of the window.
The window opening is crucial to make those shot(s) standing if there was plenty of space.
But there wasnít.
Mr. Frazier a specialist from the FBI had to open the window 2 feet high measured from the window sill.
That makes 24 inch or 61 cm.
Thatís a lot more then witness claimed/ stated in their testimony('s).
A shooter would have serious problem to use his sights or scope.

Boxes behind the window opening.

Moving target different speed.
Shot from top down, difficulty degree.
Target moving not in a straight line.
Weather conditions like wind, sun.
A save covered way back out of the nest.
A free line of sight to shoot all 3 shots.
A cramped nest, free use of the rifle.
Equipped shooter, working before, building the nest, fitness shooter.
Adraline shooter, hartbeat
Conditions ammo and rifle and  ammo clip.
Hiding rifle, transport.
Bystanders and witnesses.

On the sixth floor, Alyea, a photojournalist for WFAA-TV in Dallas, filmed three boxes stacked near an open window, where the sniper apparently had steadied his rifle. Capt. Will Fritz picked up three shell casings and held them out for Alyea's camera to get a better angle.

They weren't worried about disturbing evidence.

The critical box is the one on the sill, since it is the only one seen in Dillard. And even though other box positions cannot be verified by anyone but the shooter, from my posted images it seems reasonable that the 'shooter' has found positions to include those other two boxes.

In addition, each of the poses seem close enough to the window to be seen from the street.

No you are wrong and your finding(s) are in violence with the Warren Report!

Try again and look what Frazier FBI stated, he was sitting on that box behind him and use 1 box in front as the gun rest!

NOT conform the Warren Report!!!!

Your drawings are your interpretation and don't show any measured proportions. Therefore they are useless. No one can be convinced unless the 'shooter' is Oswald's size and in a replica nest.

Fritz testified, after being asked if he did so, to positioning himself according to what the witnesses from the street saw.

Since when could witnesses look in to the 6th floor from the street level?

No not only my interpretation.
